What is meta tag and description and how to install it

 

Introduction: 

The meta tag is a line of code or a script that shows information about your website. For example, if your website niche is tech, you set a description as "We provide all tech software and all the solutions to technical problems in any field." You put this in the head of your website by placing this code in the head section. This is the code you need to edit.

<meta content='Your website description ' name='description'/>

<meta content='index, follow' name='robots'>

Simply edit this tag and place it in your website's head section. Here's an example of how your website looked before and after you added the meta tag. 

 Here are the following steps to install it.

Step 1: 

Go to your blogger dashboard and then find the theme option. click on the down arrow button and click on edit HTML 

Step 2:

Now make the following changes in the script after placing it in the head section of the blogger theme or WordPress theme
